support DVB ts file analysis, CRC and Bitrate calcuate, PSI/SI information read and edit.
V1.1
support V1.0 + user define format parse and edit.
V1.2
support V1.1 + mpeg2 video decoder and play out.
Note, V1.2 integrate libmpeg2-0.5.1
As I don't have much time and stream to test, so there maybe some bug exist. No warranty for it as it's free.
If you do find some bug, you can fix it yourself or tell me detail information, I will fix it when I am free.
